AGRICULTURE

Providing food and water for those who are unable to themselves

SELF-SUSTAINING FARM

With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. While raising goats, sheep, cows and chicken and growing cabbage, eggplant, corn, mangoes, beans, jackfruit and so much more, we are able to feed over 300 people!

TRACTOR PROJECT

With almost 50 acres of farming land, tractors have become an important aspect to our self-sustaining farm! Right now, we are only using hand tools, like shovels, to plant our produce. With this tedious work we are looking towards a tractor!

CLEAN WATER PROJECT

While running a self-sustaining farm, every aspect of farming is important. We have now been able to catch 10,000 liters of rain water for washing clothes, washing hands and watering plants. We were able to do this by putting gutters on the school building to maximize catching rain water. Our next goal is to be able to have clean water run through the property of Father to the Fatherless.
